The immune system

Our body is made up of cells, but even more numerous are the bacteria and viruses inside. Bacteria, for example, are very present in the intestines, without them there would be no digestion. We must understand that our life revolves around the complex balance between all these elements that make up our body.

When an imbalance is detected, the immune system coordinates a set of reactions, such as fever, inflammation or allergies. It is these reactions that isolate the problem areas, to ensure repair and healing and thus a return to balance.

Did you know that around 1850 two theories emerged, one by the chemist Louis Pasteur and the other by Dr. Antoine Béchamp?

Béchamp states that germs are inside and are harmless when the ground is healthy, that the person is responsible for his body and his health and that it is necessary to educate and make everyone responsible. For Pasteur, the germs are outside and are the enemies to be fought, the person is a perpetual victim of these enemies, and the solution comes from outside. It is on this second theory that all Western medicine is based.

It is clear that it is important to clean the ground to promote good vitality. How to do it? It's just a matter of common sense, for example:
- Taking care of your lifestyle, through regular sleep and regular physical activity
- Ensuring real, complete and healthy nutrition
- As few chemicals as possible in the body
- Eliminating sources of stress
- Having positive thoughts
- Going out and breathing
- The sun is your ally (vitamin D)
- Working on the patterns of consciousness that block emotions

It is necessary to take care of the physical body, as well as the psychic, according to a concept advocated in Chinese medicine, aligning consciousness (what they call the three bodies) allows to maintain a robust immune system.
